1.     Print OUT the enrolment form

2.     Fill out all sections of the enrolment form

3.     Sign and affixed date on the enrolment form

4.       Scan the enrolment form together with your academic papers and send by email to: mail@apmu.ac or mail.apmu@gmail.com
