Q. What is my student registration number? A. Your student registration
number is recorded on the enrolment paperwork send to you by postal mail or
email. Q. Which address do I send correspondence to? A. You can send email to studentservices@apmu.ac Q. When is the quarterly or monthly
instalment due? A. Please refer to payment plan
agreement you entered with APMU or to one of our agent. Q How long is my course valid for? A. Will depend on which course you have
enrolled. Details of how long your course is valid for can be found on your
Enrolment Form. Q. Where do I start? A. Your course material will tell
you when to start. Q. Who is my tutor? A. You will be allocated a
personal tutor on receipt of your first test paper submission or tutorial
query. |

Q Can I speak to my tutor at any time? A. The best place to start when
you need tutor help is by submitting a query by email. This enables our tutors
to provide detailed written feedback and references to the course material as
required. However, if you feel a tutor call would be helpful; our Student
Service Desk will do their best to arrange a tutor to contact you when
requested within 2 – 3 working days. Q. Where are the test papers? A. Generally these will be made available
after completing each unit. Q. How long will it take for my test paper
results to be issued? A. The
turn around period for written test papers is normally two weeks. However, at
certain times of the year it may take a bit longer i.e. exam time and
holiday. Q. When will I receive more course materials? A. Majority of our courses are
despatched in units and each unit is system generated on receipt of previous
unit assignment. Q. When will I receive my certificate? A. On successful completion and full payment of your course
you can request a certificate, diploma or degree by contacting Student
Service Manager by email studentservices@apmu.ac |
